PRICING

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed. Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized through our secure payment processor.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.

SHIPPING

Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

RETURNS

Eligible unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Opened fragrances, opened scented oils, opened room sprays, gift cards, clearance items, final-sale products, customized items, and personalized products are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 5 to 10 business days following inspection of the returned merchandise.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it may no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to the return policy.

LATE PAYMENT

Because payment is collected before order fulfillment, no late payment policy applies. Orders with unsuccessful or incomplete payment authorization will not be processed until payment is received.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, graphics, images, branding, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Bass Market Mingle and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
